Mayor Miller is full of crap..

Did you see this article yet?

Miller stands by his man

"Toronto Mayor David Miller is standing by TTC chair Adam Giambrone."

"The test I have for whether somebody should be in a leadership role is if they're succeeding," Miller said Thursday. "There's never been a time like this for public transit in Toronto and when there have been problems, chair Giambrone has accepted responsibility and proposed solutions."
So, let me see if I understand this correctly...

First he says, "The test I have for whether somebody should be in a leadership role is if they're succeeding". Then he goes on to say, "There's never been a time like this for public transit in Toronto" (referring to the current customer service firestorm the TTC is trying to weather).

So he's succeeding at the TTC, but never before has there been so many problems???

He then continues taking a steaming dump via his mouth by saying, "Chair Giambrone has accepted responsibility and proposed solutions"...

Excuse me.. Is this the same Giambrone who basically said that he has experience running the TTC, but when challenged about the problems, he responded by saying he doesn't run the TTC? That's accepting responsibility??? I guess in Mayor Miller's terms, it is...

He must not remember that nice little nugget that Giambrone said when being questioned about the TTC's failures:

"You've got to be careful ... Take a look at the structure of the commission and see what the chair of the TTC does," he cautions. "The chair of the TTC is chair of the board of commissioners ... The commission is ultimately responsible for the policy; it hires the chief general manager and the chief general manager and staff are responsible for operations."
Oh, so he's not responsible for the Operations when there's problems... He's only responsible when there's successes...

That's "accepting responsibility" in Miller's eyes... What a freakin' douche!

In this current nightmare at the TTC, the one question on everyone's mind is, where is Adam Giambrone??? And that's from the Public and from the TTC Union...

Like I said before, Giambrone is only there for the Glory, and never there for the blame. And David Miller can perform all the tests he wants, but they will never result in Giambrone being a good leader..

Anyway, given that David Miller is the worst Mayor that Toronto has ever seen, I'm not surprised that he continues to "stand by his man" Giambrone..

I mean, moronic minds -that are full of crap- think alike, don't they?

Miller backs up his support for Giambrone with facts. The TTC HAS improved. The new technology used in bus's and subways, increased bus service, and the expansion of lines just to name a few. Lets not forget that provincial funding to the TTC was cut years ago, Giambrone has completely turned the TTC around. When he is able to finish his term (current project: improving rider experience) the TTC will un doubtly be the better way.

Yak yak yak...

I just can't understand where you Miller/Giambrone defenders come from? Do you not listen and watch the news every day? Are you consistently plugging your ears, covering your eyes and yelling "la la la la la la" everytime a new story comes up about TTC failures -left and right?

Why don't you talk to some TTC employees about whether they think Giambrone is doing a good job? Why don't you ask some of the riders if Giambrone is doing a good job? Why don't you ask TTC Mangement if Giambrone is doing a good job? Why don't you ask his "partner" if Giambrone is doing a good job?

The only people who seem to think that Giambrone is doing a good job, is Mayor Miller, Howard Moscoe and you!

Not to mention that TTC complaints have skyrocketed from 2008 to 2009 by 15%.

Come on, Anonymous!! Open your eyes!

Don't worry, a little bit of reverse-brainwashing will fix you right up! And coming here today to comment on this story, was the first step back in the right direction.
